Do I need to be home for window cleaning?
As long as our team has access to the yard, and the ability to move freely around your property, we are good to go! Before we arrive, ensure the water in your outside taps is turned on, gates are unlocked, window screens are taken out. Please note that this is applicable for exterior cleaning only, and does not apply if we are taking care of interior cleaning as well.
What happens if it rains after my windows are cleaned?
Our RainBlock Tech will handle it!! It's designed to protect your windows from rain for an extended duration. If something goes wrong, Redeemed offers callback protection through its service plans and to first time clients, you can find our memberships above, or through requesting a quote. In addition, even though our RainBlock is rain specific, it handles dust and pollen well.
Are you insured and WCB covered?
Yes! Redeemed Windows is insured and has WCB clearance, so homeowners can feel confident having the crew around their property.
Can I get exterior-only or inside-and-out cleaning?
Redeemed’s window cleaning offer is focused on exterior window cleaning. If you have a special request, mention it when requesting a quote. Please note that you cannot get interior cleaning only, all interior cleaning must be paired with exterior cleaning.
Can I bundle other exterior services?
Yes! We have bundle offers, for multiple services completed at the same time we have offer specific discounts. Ask about adding screens, gutters, pressure washing, siding soft wash, or other exterior cleaning through our quote, or prior to the visit. This question can also be asked while the crew is already there, and scheduled for another day.
How fast will I hear back after requesting a quote?
Redeemed aims to respond quickly, providing you with an exact estimate, or to schedule a time for a walk-around. We are proud to say that you can expect a reply within 2h during our operating hours, and within 12h for Weekends and Holidays
